Lithium Ion Installation
Step 1: Remove the battery case. Use a soldering iron to release the wires from the case.
Step 2: Remove the five screws holding the top chassis cover, as well as the two screws holding the motor contacts.
Step 3: Remove the one screw holding the electronics board in.
Step 4: Carefully lift the electronics board and straighten the battery wires.
Step 5: Now would be a good time to run the wires or cable ties to hold the batteries in. Make sure that whatever you use does not easily conduct electricity. I am using floral wire.
Step 6: Re-install the electronics board.
